452 Pulteney St. Update

We can't wait to welcome you!

We've had a super busy summer here at Mâché, getting our new building at Pulteney St. all set up. We've been bringing in furniture, plants, and good vibes, creating an atmosphere where you can focus, be productive, and have a great time.

The new location is looking absolutely gorgeous and is going to offer fantastic amenities, workspaces, and facilities that cater to the diverse needs of all our members. We're pretty confident that this expansion is going to create a more collaborative and enriched environment for everyone.

Coastal protection projects will receive a share of $1 million funding

The funding has been allocated to support a variety of coastal protection projects aimed at preserving the natural beauty and ecological balance of our coastal areas.

The Coast Protection Board has announced that it will be granting $1,028,000 to various projects under the 2023-24 Coast Protection Grants Program. The grant program is designed to support coastal council projects that aim to restore, protect, and manage coastal assets. The program also addresses the risks posed by climate change.

The selected projects that will receive funding include sand replenishment works at Robe and Whyalla, sea wall repairs at Witton Bluff, foreshore protection works at Magazine Bay, and modeling of potential environmental changes at Black Point.

New Member Feature | Mike Scott

New member alert! You've probably already seen Mike Scott, our newest Dedicated Desk member at Mâché Coworking, but now you'll learn a little more about him.
Originally from South Africa, now living in the beautiful Adelaide Hills, Mike is a father, a husband, and a businessman leading SMB Mastery where he works with founders and leadership teams to help them improve their management systems, leadership teams, and their results.

After selling Nona Digital to Yoco just under 2 years ago, I have transitioned into full-time coaching where I work with founders and leadership teams of small and mid-sized businesses.

Mike works with founders to help them, in his own words "get their own sh*t together and optimized (because until that's done it's unlikely that they will be great leaders and operators).

Welcome to Mâché, Mike!

Best day out in Adelaide?
Early morning ride with a friend before sunrise then Port Willunga / Port Elliot beach day with my family then a bbq on my deck up in the hills and an evening walk listening to birds, koalas and other critters.

What do you do when you’re not at Mâché?
When I am not working I'll generally be outdoors on a mountain bike or in some trail shoes and mostly with my awesome young family. I'm very passionate about habit and behaviour optimisations and spend a lot of time on this kind of stuff to help me to be a better dad, husband, and business person.

What is your favourite movie and book?
Book: The Almanack of Naval Ravikant
Movie: Braveheart

One item you can't live without?
A device that allows me to listen to audiobooks/podcasts

If you could tell your past self one thing, what would it be?
It will be OK, and even if it's not OK, it will be OK.
