Yes — a valid Australian Business Number is required for address registration purposes. This helps us comply with ASIC address eligibility requirements and protects both you and Mâché. If you don't have an ABN yet, you can register one for free at abr.gov.au before signing up.

Unfortunately not — Google's business eligibility requirements have changed and virtual office addresses no longer qualify for Google Business Profile verification. You can still use the address everywhere else: ASIC, invoices, website, letterheads, email signatures, and LinkedIn.

The Address Only plan ($40/mo) gives you the CBD business address, ASIC registration support, and member perks — ideal if you rarely receive physical mail. The Address + Mail plan ($60/mo) adds full mail handling: we receive, sort, and notify you when mail arrives, then you can collect or have it forwarded to you anywhere.

Once you submit your sign-up form, we activate your membership within one business day. You'll receive an email from Officernd (our member platform) to complete your profile and billing — that takes about 5 minutes. From there you're live and can start using the address immediately.

No lock-in contracts at all. Your Virtual Office membership rolls month to month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice — no questions asked, no exit fees. We believe you should stay because you love it, not because you're stuck.

You choose during sign-up: email, Slack (our community Slack), or both. We notify you as soon as your mail is received and processed. You can update your preference anytime through the Mâché member app.
