Attention Members | Last Car Park Available at Mâché!
City parking isn’t always easy, so consider this your friendly FYI: we’ve got one last private parking spot available at Mâché 🚗
If you’re overdoing laps around the CBD hunting for a park, this might be your new favourite find. The space is right here at Mâché (Adelaide 5000) and is available to anyone in the community, not just our members.
It’s secure, accessible 24/7, and available for $280 per month (excl. GST).
Member Feature | Sarah Lelliott
This month, we’re excited to share our first feature of 2026, a long-term member of six years, Sarah Lelliot!
Sarah's full-time jam is Graphic Design, which just hit 17 years running! On the side, she hustles a Functional Mushroom Food & Drink Blends business with her partner Chris, called Acacia Blends, as well as making whole food plant-based goodies for a small customer base, as well as keeping the Mâché fridge stocked with snacks. Her dream? “Have a brick-and-mortar place where I can share more of my food with everyone.”
Outside of work, Sarah loves cooking and creating delicious, nourishing meals to share with friends and family. She also enjoys being out in nature, splitting her time between the beach and the Adelaide Hills, where her horse, Bessie-May, lives.
Last but not least, Sarah is a bit of a gym junkie! “I love strength training and previously competed in bodybuilding,” and she balances it all with Vinyasa Yoga to keep both body and mind strong.
Sarah, we can only say: we love having you at Mâché! Without your energy, the space wouldn’t be the same.
What’s the best thing about Mâché?
The people - of course! Everyone just seems to work well together, and I love all the different conversations we have on a daily basis. I also love working upstairs with all the natural light, it's what grabbed my attention the moment I walked into Mâché ... about 6 years ago!
Any must-read books or must-watch movies?
My book collection really consists of cookbooks; I just love perusing through beautifully designed and photographed recipe books. My current favourite is A Plant-Based Farmhouse by Cherie Hausler or Whole Food Cooking Every Day by Amy Chaplin.
I don't tend to watch many new movies; I'm more into series, but the all-time favourite that I'll watch on repeat is Pulp Fiction.
Favourite holiday spot?
I love going camping on the beach at the Coorong. It's so remote and quiet, yet rugged and wild at the same time. If I'm heading further abroad, I absolutely love Bali - especially the more remote areas. The last place I visited was Amed, and it's my favourite village so far.
Go-to comfort food?
Chocolate gelato and pasta.
One thing you absolutely can’t live without?
Does being in nature count? Otherwise chocolate, I eat it at least daily, sometimes twice!
Favourite band, DJ, or solo artist?
Daft Punk
Perfect day out in Adelaide?
A hot summer day, starting with an early morning Vinyasa yoga class at Human.Kind Glenelg, followed by a walk along the beach, a quick ocean dip and an iced long black from Superette. Then swing by Market 33 for a loaf of sourdough on my way home to whip up a delicious and wholesome breakfast.
Grab my man and a couple of friends and head to McLaren Vale for a few wine tastings - maybe at Alpha Box & Dice, Gemtree, and Bekkers, finishing with a platter and bottle of bubbles (and plenty of laughs) at Sew & Sew Wines. Head back home via the beach for an afternoon swim, then sit on the lawns at the Brighton & Seacliff Yacht Club with a woodfired pizza and some acoustic tunes to watch the sun set. To finish the day, I'd have to sneak in a little gelato from Bottega Gelateria, then roll myself back home and snuggle up on the couch to watch an episode of True Detective with Chris.
Mâché Eats | Citrus Quinoa Salad
Kick off 2026 with something light, bright, and refreshing! This salad is perfect for hot Adelaide days: cold, healthy, and ready in under 15 minutes.
Serves: 2–3
Prep Time: 10 minutes
No cooking required (just quinoa, which you can prep ahead!)
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked quinoa (cooled)
1 small cucumber, diced
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1 orange, segmented
1 handful fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
2 tbsp toasted almonds or pepitas
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: crumbled feta for a creamy twist
Method:
In a large bowl, combine quinoa, cucumber, avocado, orange, and mint.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then gently toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with almonds or pepitas.
Chill for 10 minutes for extra refreshment or enjoy immediately.
Why we love it:
Super fresh for January heat
Packed with protein, healthy fats, and vitamins
Easy to prep ahead for work lunches or quick dinners
Tip: Swap orange for grapefruit if you like a tangy twist, or add a pinch of chilli flakes for some subtle heat.
