Mâché Highlight | Sarah Lelliott Talks Business & Growth on The Glow Up Economy Podcast
Our very own Sarah Lelliott joined Tuan Luu on The Glow Up Economy for a conversation about reinvention, discipline, and what it really takes to build a healthier life from the inside out.
Sarah (bodybuilder, graphic designer, and co-founder of Acacia Blends) shares her journey across training, creativity, and entrepreneurship, and how these worlds have shaped her approach to identity and growth. The discussion unpacks the systems and mindset behind lasting change, and how discipline becomes a foundation not just for fitness, but for business and life.
It’s an honest and thoughtful conversation about transformation, and what it looks like to step into a version of yourself you once didn’t think was possible.
Always proud of you, Sarah! Check the podcast episode here.
Member Feature | Gus McBryde
Gus (short for Augustus) is the furry sidekick of our member Jim McBryde and an honorary Mâché member.
He’s 6 years old and joined Jim’s life during Covid, adopted through Scruffer Lovers, which already sets the tone for a very good origin story.
Breed-wise, Gus is a bit of a mystery blend. He’s got Kelpie and Blue Heeler in him, and possibly a few other surprises that remain unconfirmed. Greyhound has been strongly suspected, mostly due to his impressive commitment to dramatic lounging and occasional bursts of “how is he suddenly that fast?” energy.
He’s also known for his signature move: the “Paw of More”, usually deployed when affection, snacks, or attention levels are not quite up to standard.
Gus, what's your favourite thing?
Food. Do you have any?
Anything else you want to tell us?
I like to howl (like at the moon type howl) when I hear a siren.
Do you have any food?
Anything else?
I am very curious and always putting my nose where I shouldn't.
Do you have any food?

Mâché Eats | ANZAC Biscuit-Inspired Oats
This month’s Mâché Eats brings a cosy recipe with a nostalgic twist. We’ve taken inspiration from a classic favourite and turned it into a warm, comforting bowl of ANZAC Biscuit-Inspired Oats.
It’s simple, nourishing, and just the right kind of sweet to ease you into cooler mornings.
Thanks to our member Sarah for sharing this recipe with our community!
Ingredients:
1 cup Rolled Oats
2 cups Oat Milk
1 Banana, mashed
2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch Sea Salt
Crispy oat topper:
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
2.5 tbsp Golden/Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Rolled Oats
Extra toppings (optional):
Sliced Banana
Toasted coconut chips
Golden/Maple Syrup
Roasted Almond Butter
Topper: Over medium heat, melt the coconut oil in a small pan, then stir in the golden syrup. Add the oats and coat well. Let them simmer until golden and crispy, then set aside to cool.
Oats: Soak oats with oat milk overnight (optional but better for digestion). The next day, add the soaked oats, banana, coconut, cinnamon and salt into a saucepan. Simmer on a medium heat, stirring often, until cooked.
Divide the porridge between 2 bowls. Sprinkle with the crispy oats and add any extra toppers - I love sliced banana, almond butter, a little extra sea salt and a seriously good drizzle of golden/maple syrup!
Serves: 2
