452 is our latest addition to the Mâché Coworking family: a brand new location that captures the essence of Mâché whilst adding more space and amenities to our offerings. This new space is open-plan, featuring a central open glass stairwell and skylights which ensure tons of natural light.

The meeting rooms are spacious and the space has bike storage facilities and showers for those of us wanting to reduce our carbon footprint. The space also boasts a beautiful shared balcony and an open an welcoming reception area with a waiting area for any guests or visitors you may have.

This space has a parking lot behind the building with back-door access, so we are offering parking memberships to add on to your chosen membership.

Alternatively, there are 2P parking spots on Delhi Street around the corner, which most of our members use, as well as 3x 1P parking spots and 2 loading zones outside our building.
Additionally, you’ll also find 2P and 1P parks on Gilles Street and all-day parking on Unley Road and Glen Osmond Road in the parklands between South Terrace and Greenhill Road.
We also have secure bike parking and end-of-trip facilities if you would rather ride in!
The space is open and staffed on weekdays from 9am - 5pm for hotdeskers, flexi desk members and meeting room bookings.

Dedicated desk and Office members have 24/7 access through personally assigned fobs.
