Terms and Conditions
This ongoing offer is available starting on 1 February 2024 and is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offer unless expressly indicated.
Mache reserves the right to extend or withdraw this offer at any time at its sole discretion. If withdrawn, Mache will honour the offer in respect of all membership accounts opened using the correct promotional code before the offer is withdrawn, provided that applicants satisfy the Eligibility Criteria below.
Any Mache member who refers their friend under this offer ("referrer") is not authorised to act as a representative of Mache and is not otherwise acting on Mache's behalf in referring their friends to Mache. A referrer must:
only tell their friends about Mache's offer; and
not provide any advice about Mache memberships, such as any recommendations or opinions about the suitability of the products.
(a) Reward Eligibility Criteria:
The referrer can receive $100 for each friend they refer when the friend:
Signs up for a membership at Mache - except for Flexi and Virtual membership - from 1 February 2024 onwards for a minimum period of 3 months.
Informs community manager in writing of the following: name of referrer, start date of membership. Alternatively, enters a unique promotional code at the time of membership signing. Invalid or incomplete codes will not be fulfilled;
The offer does not apply where your friend has been part of Mache previously.
We will refuse to pay the referral reward in respect of any or all referrals made in relation to this offer if, in our reasonable opinion, you have used this offer in a manner that is not satisfactory to us or otherwise not in line with the intent of the offer.
This includes conduct on your part which, in our reasonable opinion, undermines the fair and intended operation of the offer, such as by (a) sharing your promotional code on a code-sharing website or on public forum, (b) advertising or marketing your referral code, or (c) altering the offer in any way, including by offering further incentives to anyone for participation in the offer.
(b) Reward Payment Terms:
The referrer can receive $100 each time a friend satisfies the Eligibility Criteria set out above. So, for example, if two of your friends each satisfy the Eligibility Criteria, you can receive a deduction of $200 in your next membership invoice.
Eligible new members will be the ones that:
are using the membership for personal or company use;
are 18 years of age or older;
are an Australian resident for taxation purposes;
have a valid Australian mobile phone number and residential address;
have a valid email address;
and meet the identification requirements.
